Huckleberry, Rosedon Hotel’s elevated in-house dining experience, is located in the hotel’s main house, on the grand front porch and within the sprawling garden terrace. With its sea-and-farm-to-table philosophy, creative menu, eminent service and exquisite backdrop, this Relais & Châteaux restaurant is redefining the gastronomy experience in Bermuda.
A tribute to Mark Twain, Huckleberry’s menu draws inspiration from the author’s Southern roots while staying true to Bermudian flavours. Alongside locally-sourced organic produce, meats, and sustainably harvested seafood, HB’s own garden of vegetables, fruits, herbs and edible flowers are showcased in each dish when available. This healthy-living concept is also implemented in the consciously curated wine program, which continues to seek vintners that implement biodynamic and sustainable farming practices.
