Carnival in Bermuda is calling, and you can experience it June 11-16, 2025. Imagine feathers fluttering in the sea breeze, soca beats pulsing through the streets, and smiling faces dancing from sunrise to sunset. You’re not just watching the parade – you’re part of it.

Visiting Bermuda during Carnival offers the perfect blend of high-energy fun and laid-back island discovery. Between events, take time to soak in the pink-sand beaches, island flavours, and jaw-dropping natural beauty. Bermuda transports you worlds away from the everyday, even though you’re just a short flight from the East Coast of the U.S. and Canada. Whether you’re drawn to the revelry, the relaxation, or both, the invigorating rhythms of Carnival and island life will give you many memories to treasure.

DANCING AT DAWN TO DANCEHALL

Rise early and dance into the day at Oasis Sunrise Fête (5 AM–11 AM) at Barr’s Bay Park – where soca rhythms meet golden light in one of the most uplifting Carnival moments.

Afterward, recharge island-style with a smoothie from Brew and watch the traffic whiz by on Front Street, or enjoy a peaceful oceanfront yoga session at Treehouse BDA. Want a little off-the-beaten-path adventure? Follow the boardwalk through a lush forest at Paget Marsh – a serene, photo-worthy escape.

As the sun dips again, the vibes heat up. At 8 PM, relive the classics at Spiced Old School Soca in Finsbury Garden tucked away on a side entrance on Court Street – an intimate, feel-good fête for the soca loyalists.

Then, don’t miss We Love Dancehall at 9 PM, the only dancehall event of Carnival! Head to the National Sports Centre and embrace your moment to go all in – Bermuda-style. Let loose and feel the island’s one-of-a-kind energy light up the night.

Day 4: Saturday, June 14

SUNRISE SWIZZLES TO SOCA IN THE WATER

Kick off the day island-style with Swizzle @ Sunrise (5 AM) at the Arboretum, where Bermuda’s signature cocktails flow to the soundtrack of soca as the sun rises. This early-morning fête blends high energy with lush surroundings and a taste of the unexpected.

Midday, refuel with a fresh, locally-sourced lunch and coffee at Devil’s Isle Café, then hop on the ferry to Dockyard for a breezy break – think waterfront views, art galleries, and unique shopping finds.

But save your energy because at 2 PM, it’s time for WAVES: Soca in the Water at Admiralty House. This one-of-a-kind party brings the vibe to the water like nowhere else. Expect DJs, dancing, and sun-soaked fun, not just on but in the water!

COLOUR-SPLASHED DAYS & NIGHTS

Running on Carnival energy? Keep the rhythms flowing with Jammin’ Still at 12 AM – a new addition for 2025 made for the non-stop fête crowd.

When the sun comes up, the chaos kicks in with WETTA at 9 AM. Held at Snorkel Park Beach Club, this event is a wild, high-energy mix of paint, water, and soca mayhem that’s pure Carnival revelry.

After rinsing off, take a breather with a late brunch at the Spot Restaurant or Huckleberry Restaurant – top picks for strong coffee, great food, and local flair. Then dive back into Bermuda’s beauty with a boating or snorkelling excursion with K.S. WaterSports, where you can explore coral gardens and historic shipwrecks just offshore.

Wrap up the day with GLOW at 5 PM in Queen Elizabeth Park, where The Enchanted Garden comes to life. Dress to shine – this elegant soirée is all about glowing looks, lush surroundings, and one last sparkling celebration under the island sky.

Day 6: Monday, June 16

AN ELECTRIFYING GRAND FINALE

Start strong with JAM J’ouvert at 2:30 AM, an otherworldly musical experience where paint, powder, and pure joy collide in an explosion of colour, sound, and Carnival spirit. Then it’s time for the main event: Revel de Road at 12 PM. Join your band – Nova Mas or Rave – and hit the streets in full costume for an unforgettable road march. New for 2025: CROSS DE STAGE, where masqueraders finally get their moment in the spotlight.

Carnival In Bermuda

June 16th is also National Heroes Day, a moment to pause and honour the Bermudians whose courage, achievements, and noble contributions have shaped the island’s history and identity.

After the confetti settles, toast to your Carnival journey with a seaside cocktail at 1609 Bar & Restaurant or Deja View, where waterfront views match the island vibes. For a more relaxed finale, enjoy a sunset dinner at Divots Bar, Grill & Terrace or Aurora, both at the Newstead Belmont Hills – and both with amazing water views.

Day 7: Tuesday, June 17

RECOVERY MODE

You earned this. After a week of nonstop celebrations, today is all about relaxing. Start with a restorative spa day – book a blissful treatment at Exhale Spa (at the Hamilton Princess) or unwind deep underground at the Natura Spa, a cave spa at Grotto Bay. Explore more of Bermuda’s most indulgent spa experiences.

Then, stretch out on the pink sands of Warwick Long Bay or tuck into the secluded serenity of Jobson’s Cove – ideally with a classic Bermudian fish sandwich in hand.

View of warwick long bay pink beaches.

Still vibing? Cap your Carnival escape with a sunset sail, or ease into the evening with cocktails at The Loren or The Reefs – both offering sweeping sea views and the perfect farewell toast.
