As a proud family-run business rooted in Bermuda, WindyBank Farms has been cultivating quality and tradition for three generations. Malcolm Smith, a lifelong Bermudian, took over the farm from his father, C.H. Smith, in the late 2000s after decades of hands-on experience. Together with his wife, Julie Grayston-Smith, they manage WindyBank Farms along with Bouquet Garni Gourmet Foods. Founded by Julie in the late 90s as a catering venture, Bouquet Garni has evolved into a beloved producer of artisanal baked goods, dips, jams, and more.
