IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19, WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE FOLLOWING MEASURES AT THE LOREN: Access to an on-demand private doctor who is available seven days a week and can facilitate a COVID-19 RT-PCT test prior to departure or at any time during their stay at the hotel. The test complies with all international travel regulations, and guests can expect results within 12-24 hours by email. All staff members have been trained on key preventive measures and new procedures implemented in order to ensure your safety. Staff members have been trained to recognize and be aware of COVID-19 symptoms. Enhanced employee personal hygiene, operating, and cleaning protocols will be enforced. New uniform standards for all employees: masks and gloves are worn at all times. In addition, Housekeeping Personnel wear full PPE throughout their shift. A dedicated employee is specifically assigned to supervise the cleaning regimens throughout high touch and traffic areas. Increased availability of antibacterial hand sanitizers throughout the property. Implementation of CDC-approved spray down process on all departure rooms, utilizing EPA approved sanitizing detergents throughout the rooms. All parts of the room, with extra care paid to high-touch points, are sprayed down and deep cleaned again before the next arrival. Increased the frequency of cleaning public areas, as well as enhanced our cleaning regimens based on the training and certification all staff have undergone. All staff have been retrained in our new procedures. Each staff member’s temperature will be read with an infrared thermometer upon arrival at the property. Our Sisley Spa, fitness center, restaurants, pool, and beach facilities are open in line with the Government guidelines.
