Self Guided City Art Tour

While walking through the City of Hamilton you may notice an array of art installations located on almost every street. All art commissioned by the City of Hamilton through our VIVID Public Art Initiative will have a plaque located on or near the art installation with a QR code that can be scanned to learn more about the artist and artwork. Collect the official City Art Tour map from City Hall reception and take this free, self-guided tour. 

Rockin' Around the City Tree

Come kick off the festive season with the City of Hamilton at Rockin' Around the City Tree – the annual lighting of the iconic City Hall Christmas Tree.

Enjoy live, high-energy, festive performances and photos with Santa as the man in red makes his first official appearance of the season, right outside of City Hall!

We ho-ho-hope you can join us for an evening that promises to be 'tree-mendous'! 

City Christmas Boat Parade

Anchors aweigh for the holiday event of the year! On Saturday, December 12th, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, head to Number 1 Car Park for the City Christmas Boat Parade in the heart of Hamilton! This is the Bermuda holiday family tradition you don't want to miss! Boats will dazzle Hamilton Harbour with their best Christmas-themed creations, lighting up the night in a spectacular display. 

Fresh Air Films: Sunset Cinema

Sunset, sea breeze, and the big screen under the stars. Bring a friend, your co-workers, family or make it a date night. Grab dinner from the on-site food vendors and enjoy two amazing films with one of the best waterfront views in Bermuda.

Gates open at 5:00 pm at 6:00pm, blast off into space with Elio, then turn up the thrills with Mission: Impossible: the Final Reckoning at 8:30pm.
Admission is free — just bring your chairs, blankets, and your family and friends.

Art of the Pour - Havana Nights | Bartending Competition | Taste of Bermuda

The City of Hamilton is once again teaming up with Bacardi to bring you Bermuda's premier cocktail competition, hosted at Bacardi's prestigious global headquarters. Throughout the evening, 10 of Bermuda's leading bars, restaurants, and hotels will showcase the talents of their top bartender teams, each crafting an original Bacardí-inspired cocktail that highlights the character and versatility of the brand's premium rums. 

As you explore the Bacardi grounds, you'll have the opportunity to walk around, taste, and vote for your favourite cocktails across several categories. Competitors will battle it out for top honours, including Best Hotel Experience, recognising outstanding hospitality and presentation; Best Restaurant Cocktail, celebrating the top restaurant-crafted cocktail; Best Overall Cocktail, awarded to the evening's most exceptional Bacardí-inspired creation; and the coveted People's Choice Award, selected by guests. The event will also feature local DJs spinning throughout the evening.
