The worldwide pickleball craze has hit the shores of Bermuda. Whether you are a seasoned player, or want to get a taste for the number one trending racket sport while on vacation, we have got you covered. Hit some balls with friends and family at one of the outdoor courts across the island, and mingle with others who love the sport. You need little to no experience to have a great time, so prepare your paddles and bring your best game!
Public Courts
For those not staying at a resort with a pickleball court there are public courts available to rent for a small fee at the W.E.R Joell Tennis Stadium. With the ever-growing popularity of the sport on the island, it is recommended that you book ahead, the booking system allows courts to be booked up to three days in advance.
W.E.R Joell's newest pickleball courts opened in June 2023. The three pickleball courts are available to rent for a fee of up to $12 per hour (less for seniors and juniors). Rental equipment is also available for a fee.
Stay & Play
Many of our hotel resorts have on-site pickleball courts (as well as tennis courts) for their guests to enjoy. Some resorts offer lessons and clinics for beginners and those who want to improve on their skills and others are open for free-play. For most of these courts there is no need to book in advance.
