Tucker's Bar

Located in the Manor House next to the Island Brasserie, Tucker’s Bar is dedicated to rum—the liquid gold of empires, adventurers and buccaneers. While the bartenders don’t mind serving a fine wine or Pimms Cup, they’re inclined to pour, mix and elaborate on the history of the island’s beloved spirit. As a colonial port-of-call, Bermuda developed a fancy for rum cocktails. Throughout the day and into the evening, Tucker’s Bar serves up the classics, including the Dark ‘N Stormy, Bermuda Rum Swizzle and Yellow Bird. Relaxed and highly social, the bar offers a menu of light snacks and an extensive library of rare and aged rums from around the world. Guests are encouraged to explore the spirit’s illustrious past and sample sipping rums at regular tasting sessions.
