About Tom Moore's Tavern
Nestled in a wooded grove near the water’s edge, Tom Moore’s Tavern serves upscale cuisine alongside a generous helping of local history. Built in 1652 as a private residence, the home was later frequented by Irish poet Thomas Moore, who wrote some of his most well-known work while living here. Now Bermuda’s oldest restaurant, Tom Moore’s Tavern has received the AAA Diamond Award every year since 1992. The menu features French-Continental classics such as red wine-steamed mussels, roast quail and rack of lamb, all complemented by a well-curated selection of fine wines.
