An elevated take on a classic island tradition, our Poolside BBQ returns from 6–9 pm starting April 17th—bringing bold flavours, lively rhythms, and a vibrant atmosphere to Rosedon's lush tropical setting.

Feast on flame-grilled specialities, from succulent meats to fresh-off-the-grill seafood, all infused with smoky, island-inspired flavours. Sip expertly crafted cocktails as the rhythmic sounds of live Steel Pan drums set the scene for a fun, laid-back evening under the stars.

A live saxophonist sets the tone as you sip on margaritas and graze your way through a delicious rolling buffet of brunch favourites.

Join us for brunch—bookings are available from 10am to 11am, with our rolling buffet running from 11am to 1pm. Whether you're catching up with friends or easing into Sunday in style, the Sunday Brunch Club is all about good food, great music, and easy-going elegance in the heart of paradise.
