For a formal meal at the Grotto Bay Beach Resort, try the Hibiscus Restaurant, which offers an always-changing menu of European-style cuisine with a Bermudian twist. Resort guests can enjoy a full breakfast buffet each morning; lunch service is offered here during the winter months only, and by the pool at Bayside Terrace during the summer.
