A Halloween street fair returns to the historic east end streets with fantastical new cirque acts, theatrical and live musical performances, true histories, and tons of new activities and trick or treating for the kids. With something new around every corner, there's something for everyone. The event ends at 9 PM, but the night doesn't, bars stay open late.
