Hartley's Undersea Walk

Walk on the ocean floor – no scuba lessons or experience required – with Hartley's Undersea Walk. Hartley's has been leading underwater walks since 1947, using a unique helmet-diving system with large glass windows. The helmets have air hoses to the surface, and there's no mask or regulator required. Divers can walk and breathe normally as they explore the shallow reefs, meeting the same fish that have greeted Hartley's divers for many years. Boat trips depart from the Royal Naval Dockyard and run up to four hours, with a 30- to 40-minute dive in shallow water within Bermuda's protective barrier reef.
