1. 1609 BAR & RESTAURANT
Named for the year the wreck of the Sea Venture brought Bermuda's first known human inhabitants ashore, 1609 specializes in fresh seafood dishes, like ceviche, meant to be enjoyed in an open-air setting. Situated on the grounds of the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, it's the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing cocktail as the sun goes down over Hamilton Harbour.
