“We brew what we sell right behind the Frog & Onion in a 250-year-old stone warehouse. Our facility is a true craft microbrewery, only producing 1,000 kegs a year. We brew 7 varieties of beers and ales, and our style of brewing is decidedly British, using cask style kegging methods, so heavy over-carbonation is replaced by smoothly creamy, perfectly balanced natural carbonation through fermenting yeasts.”
