However, by posting on our wall, you hereby grant to Bermuda Tourism a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, modify in any way, publicly display and/or reproduce your photo without limitation through any Bermuda Tourism-owned social media accounts, pages, or channels as well as the official Bermuda Tourism website (www.gotobermuda.com). Please note that although not guaranteed, Bermuda Tourism policy is to provide photo credit by photographer name when posting the image [whether on the photo or in a posting caption]. Bermuda Tourism is not responsible for any re-posting or sharing of the image after the originating post is published on the Bermuda Tourism page.

If you no longer wish us to use your photo(s), please message Bermuda Tourism at [email protected] and inform us that you want to revoke this license. Please be specific about the photo(s) you are referring to and provide any/all posting dates and channels.
