Poolside at Rosedon kicks off the summer season with the Poolside BBQ.

An elevated take on a classic island tradition, our Poolside BBQ returns from 5–8 pm starting April 23th—bringing bold flavours, lively rhythms, and a vibrant atmosphere to Rosedon's lush tropical setting.

Feast on flame-grilled specialities, from succulent meats to fresh-off-the-grill seafood, all infused with smoky, island-inspired flavours. Sip expertly crafted cocktails as the rhythmic sounds of live Steel Pan drums set the scene for a fun, laid-back evening under the stars.

Gather, indulge, and soak up the energy—this is BBQ night, Rosedon style.

Wine-Down Poolside at Rosedon

Poolside at Rosedon introduces Wine-Down—your new Friday ritual.

Settle in as the sun begins to dip and enjoy 90 minutes of free-pouring wine on rotation, courtesy of Waterfront Wines & Spirits, or explore your favourites from our newly enhanced Poolside cocktail menu.

Join resident DJ Korie Minors as he sets the tone with a curated mix of sounds, paired with handcrafted cocktails and laid-back poolside energy, in partnership with Goslings.

Ease into Sunday at Poolside with Rosé All Day long, unhurried afternoons built around good wine, great company, and a spot by the water.

Enjoy two hours of unlimited rosé, with a rotating selection curated by Waterfront Wines & Spirits, alongside a glass of something sparkling on arrival.
