Poolside at Rosedon

Poolside BBQ Night at Rosedon Hotel

Savour smoky flavours, sip cocktails, and soak up the island vibes—BBQ nights at Rosedon, served poolside.

Every Thursday | 5pm-8pm

Poolside at Rosedon kicks off the summer season with the Poolside BBQ.

An elevated take on a classic island tradition, our Poolside BBQ returns from 5–8 pm starting April 23th—bringing bold flavours, lively rhythms, and a vibrant atmosphere to Rosedon's lush tropical setting.

Feast on flame-grilled specialities, from succulent meats to fresh-off-the-grill seafood, all infused with smoky, island-inspired flavours. Sip expertly crafted cocktails as the rhythmic sounds of live Steel Pan drums set the scene for a fun, laid-back evening under the stars.

Gather, indulge, and soak up the energy—this is BBQ night, Rosedon style.
