Step back in time and discover the rich West End history behind Bermuda's Cup Match tradition! Led by Friends of Sandys, the Emancipation Cup Match Walkabout offers a guided morning walk exploring historic sites, pre-emancipation life, and centuries of observances. Participants will visit key heritage landmarks, including West End Primary School, and learn about the pivotal roles played by the Somerset Cricket Club and the Friendly Society in Somerset in shaping emancipation celebrations.
