About Drawn to You: Figure Drawing Workshop

Drawn to You: Figure Drawing Workshop will take place on Wednesday, April 15, from 5:30–7:30 pm in the lower level of the Botanist Café at Masterworks.

Presented by Black Pearl Art Academy, this session is open to all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced artists. Working from a clothed model in a series of timed poses, you'll explore fresh approaches to observing and drawing the human figure in a supportive, relaxed environment. This creative experience includes: 

  • All drawing materials
  • Guided instruction from an artist with over 20 years of teaching experience
  • Complimentary glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage

Designed for all skill levels, these 90-minute guided sessions invite you to explore iconic Italian regions through drawing and watercolour, paired with a thoughtfully curated selection of Italian food and drink. In this session, we journey to Tuscany, capturing its earthy colours, rolling hills, cypress trees unforgettable warm light.

All materials are provided, and each guest leaves with a finished artwork inspired by Italy.
