Blending cultural storytelling with innovative cuisine, this one-night-only event promises an unforgettable evening of exceptional food, warm hospitality, and breathtaking oceanfront views.

Chef Biography:

Born in Mumbai and now based in New York City, Chef Aarthi Sampath is an award-winning chef and entrepreneur celebrated for her innovative approach to South Asian cuisine. After training at Johnson & Wales University and refining her craft in acclaimed kitchens including Junoon, The Breslin, and the Rainbow Room, she gained national recognition by winning Chopped and defeating Bobby Flay on Beat Bobby Flay. In 2026, she opened Drāvida in Manhattan's East Village, her debut restaurant showcasing the diverse flavours of the South Asian diaspora across India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, the Caribbean, and beyond.
