PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Bermuda Tourism Authority: 2026 Getaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on March 2, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Bermuda Tourism Authority (“Sponsor”).  

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.  

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  Sponsor is responsible for the overall administration of the Sweepstakes.  Questions, comments, or concerns related to the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor at [email protected]. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry (each an “Entrant,” and collectively, “Entrants”). Sponsor, Whole Foods Market, Inc, Amazon.com, Inc., BermudAir, Royal Palms Hotel, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.  Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win.  “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year.  “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses.   In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential winner (each a “Winner,” and collectively, “Winners”) cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.  Entries will not be acknowledged except as provided herein.  

PRIZE: 

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with BermudAir, Royal Palms Hotel, Whole Foods Market, Inc, or Amazon.com, Inc.

Limit one (1) prize per Entrant and per household.  Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by Winner.  If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  If Winner cannot accept a prize, or any portion thereof, as stated, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  The value of each prize listed above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum retail value thereof.  That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed.  If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.  Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded.  Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.  No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.  

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor.  Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes).  Winner is responsible for all expenses not specifically mentioned in the prize description, including, but not limited to, additional transportation, meals, and gratuities.  

Royal Palms: The 3-night booking can be used on any dates throughout the months of July and August. The stay should be used between a Thursday – Monday for all other months.

Prize stay must be booked by June 30, 2026, and must be used by November 30, 2026.

HOW TO ENTER: Eligible Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes online by following the instructions below. 

• Order pickup or delivery from any participating Wholefoods location and scan the QR code on the Bermuda branded bag and complete the online entry form for the Sweepstakes, which requests your first name, last name, email address, country, and zip/postal code. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form during the Entry Period as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes.
• In lieu of the above method, you may enter the Sweepstakes without visiting or making a purchase from Whole Foods by navigating to https://www.gotobermuda.com/bermuda-sweepstakes and completing the online entry form as described above.

Entrants may be presented with the option to opt-in to receive commercial email from Bermuda Tourism Authority; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Entrant’s consent to receive such emails and consenting to receive such emails will not impact any Entrant’s chances of winning.

Limit of one (1) entry per eligible Entrant.  Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.  If any Entrant exceeds the entry limitations, the Entrant may be disqualified, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.  Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.  All information provided by Entrants becomes the property of Sponsor. 

ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THE REQUESTED ENTRY INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.  NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules.  Sponsor’s decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally.  Sponsor has the right to change the Sweepstakes Period and all other dates or deadlines set in connection with this Sweepstakes at any time and in its sole discretion. Notice of any such changes will be posted on https://www.gotobermuda.com/bermuda-sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, substitutions, acts, or omissions by BermudAir, Royal Palms Hotel, or any other persons or entities providing services in connection with this prize.  No substitutions, reimbursements, or alternate prize arrangements will be provided.

RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS: Sponsor is solely responsible for the collection and processing of entries.  On June 1, 2026 (“Drawing Date”), one (1) potential Winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner will be notified at the email address provided at the time of entry (the "Prize Notification").  In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to Prize Notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance or declines the prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.  The potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $600 or greater.  The potential Winner may be required to execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, a Release of Publicity, within five (5) days of the date of issuance.  Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or return any required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, the return of Prize Notification or of the prize (or any portion thereof) as non-deliverable, may result in the potential Winner’s disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

PRIVACY: All information submitted online by Entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (accessible at https://www.gotobermuda.com/info/terms-use-privacy).  Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible.  Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void.  All online entries must include a valid email address for the Entrant. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants waive all right to, and hold Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an Entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to an Entrant’s spam, junk email, or other security settings or for an Entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes.  If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner it deems appropriate.  In the event of termination, Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination.  

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Unless prohibited by law, the Winner, by acceptance of the prize, grants to Sponsor, the right to publicize his/her name, city and state of residence, prize information, photograph, voice, statements, and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional, trade, and any other purpose, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim") shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.  For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above may be inapplicable where attorneys' fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.  These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.
