Lena Headey: Born in Hamilton, Bermuda, Lena Headey is a renowned actress best known for her role as Cersei Lannister in the critically acclaimed HBO series "Game of Thrones." Her portrayal earned her multiple award nominations, solidifying her status as a leading figure in the entertainment industry. ​  

Susana Amaral Pimentel & Julia Amaral Pimentel: This mother-daughter duo co-authored the bilingual children's book "Wings of Wonder (Asas da Maravilha)" to celebrate the 175th anniversary of Portuguese immigration to Bermuda. The story uses Atlantic seabirds to explore themes of immigration, fostering conversations about heritage and belonging.  

Gerhdai Hassell: An innovative Bermudian artist, Gerhdai Hassell has gained recognition for her vibrant and thought-provoking works that explore identity and culture. Her participation in international art projects has brought Bermudian art to a global audience.​ 

Heather Nova: A singer-songwriter hailing from Bermuda, Heather Nova has achieved international acclaim with her emotive vocals and poetic lyrics. Her music, spanning several decades, continues to resonate with audiences worldwide.​

Sports

Katura Horton-Perinchief: Making history as the first Black woman to compete in Olympic diving, Katura represented Bermuda at the 2004 Athens Olympics. She continues to contribute to sports, recently being appointed as the chef de mission for Bermuda at the 2024 Olympic Games.​ 

Donna Raynor: As a former athlete and current past President of the Bermuda National Athletics Association, Donna Raynor has been instrumental in developing athletics in Bermuda. She served as the chef de mission for Bermuda at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, showcasing her leadership in sports management.​ 

Jessica Lewis: A Paralympian wheelchair sprinter, Jessica Lewis has brought pride to Bermuda with her performances on the global stage. Her determination and success have made her a role model for aspiring athletes.​ 

Flora Duffy: A stellar triathlete, Flora Duffy clinched Bermuda's first Olympic gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in the women's triathlon. Her dedication and achievements have elevated Bermuda's presence in the international sporting arena.​ 

Education

Kyla Boldon: An esteemed educator, Kyla Boldon has dedicated her career to fostering academic excellence and personal growth among students. Her innovative teaching methods have positively impacted many young lives.​

Noelle Young: Committed to environmental education, Noelle Young was selected to join the Caribbean Climate Justice Academy, reflecting her dedication to sustainability and climate awareness in the region.  

Christie Hunter-Arscott: An author and advisor, Christie Hunter-Arscott specializes in gender and leadership. Her work empowers women globally to navigate their careers boldly and authentically.​

Carolyn Myers: With a passion for educational development, Carolyn Myers has played a pivotal role in shaping educational policies and programs in Bermuda, ensuring quality education for all students.​

Business

Catherine Duffy: A trailblazer in the insurance industry, Catherine Duffy has broken barriers as one of the few women of color in senior leadership positions. Her expertise and leadership have been widely recognized.​

Tammy Richardson: Honored as Woman of the Year in 2024, Tammy Richardson's entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen have contributed significantly to Bermuda's economic landscape.​

Tracy Berkeley: As the first female CEO of the Bermuda Tourism Authority, Tracy Berkeley has been influential in driving strategic initiatives and fostering growth within the hospitality sector in Bermuda.​

Veronica Gordon: A new hotelier, Veronica Gordon has ventured into the hospitality industry, bringing fresh perspectives and contributing to Bermuda's tourism and hospitality landscape.
