Cup Match is a beloved annual cricket event in Bermuda, celebrated over the Emancipation Day and Mary Prince Day holiday in late July or early August. This two-day match pits traditional rivals St. George's Cricket Club and Somerset Cricket Club against each other, drawing fervent support from their respective fan bases.

Beyond the thrilling cricket, Cup Match is a vibrant cultural festival featuring festive gatherings, Crown & Anchor, music, delicious local cuisine, and a strong sense of community. It commemorates the island's emancipation from slavery, making it not just a sporting event but a significant celebration of Bermudian heritage and pride. Whatever you do at the game, be sure to pick a team and show off your Cup Match colours.
