Erin Wright

Erin Wright serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Bermuda Tourism Authority, responsible for operations, finance, and research and business intelligence for the organisation.

At the BTA, Wright and her team manage the organisation's day-to-day operations and provide insights and intelligence to shape the island's tourism strategy and measure its success.

Prior to joining the BTA in 2014, Wright worked for the Bermuda Hotel Association and Bermuda Tourism Board. Her career has included extensive experience in tourism, research, technology, operations, privacy, and marketing.

Michael DeCouto

Michael DeCouto serves as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) and is a senior marketing and transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise strategy, brand development, digital innovation and organisational change. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership, he oversees strategic planning, marketing and communications, sales, digital platforms, product development, visitor experience and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, performance accountability and culture.  DeCouto is known for his ability to inspire innovative transformation and re-energise brands from the inside out.

Most recently, Michael served as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at Clarien Bank Limited, where he led integrated strategy and brand governance, advanced digital capabilities and embedded disciplined performance management across the organisation. As Chair of the New Product and Change Management Committee, he championed innovation while strengthening internal processes and customer-focused delivery.

He also serves as Director of Ignite (Bermuda Accelerator Limited), reflecting his personal commitment to leadership, inclusion and entrepreneurial growth within the community.

Eric Kincaid

Eric S. Kincaid is Vice President of Sales & Business Development at the Bermuda Tourism Authority, where he leads the organisation’s global sales strategy, business development and strategic relationships to drive visitation and position Bermuda as a leading destination for meetings, tourism, sports and cultural events. He is responsible for delivering revenue growth, expanding key markets and aligning sales initiatives with Bermuda’s broader tourism and economic objectives.

Kincaid brings a proven track record in destination marketing and large-scale convention sales. He previously served as Vice President at Choose Chicago and as National Account Director of Citywide Sales at Destination DC, where he specialized in securing high-impact, citywide events. He began his career with Marriott International, building a strong foundation across more than a decade in progressive sales leadership roles.

Kincaid is an active industry leader, serving on the PCMA HBCU Taskforce, as Chair of the ASAE Industry Partner Alliance and on Destinations International’s Advisory Leadership Board. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. On a personal note, he is dog dad to his Goldendoodle pup-son’s Elmo and Enzo!

Duncan Beveridge

With more than two decades of finance experience within the hospitality industry, Duncan Beveridge is no stranger to the world of tourism.

Joining the BTA in 2014 as Finance Director, Duncan Beveridge now serves as VP of Finance. Coming to the organisation with over two decades of finance experience within the hospitality industry, he is no stranger to the world of tourism. Throughout his eleven-year tenure at the BTA, he has handled all financial matters while maintaining the organisation's fiscal integrity and ensuring adherence to statutory compliance requirements.
