
Erin Wright
Chief Operations Officer (and Acting CEO)
Erin Wright serves as the Chief Operations Officer for the Bermuda Tourism Authority, responsible for operations, finance, and research & business intelligence for the organisation. At the BTA, Wright and her team manage the organisation's day-to-day operations and provide insights and intelligence to shape the island's tourism strategy and measure its success. Prior to joining the BTA in 2014, Wright worked for the Bermuda Hotel Association and Bermuda Tourism Board. Her career has included extensive experience in tourism, research, technology, operations, privacy, and marketing.

Duncan Beveridge
Vice-President, Finance
Joining the BTA in 2014 as Finance Director, Duncan Beveridge now serves as VP of Finance. Coming to the organisation with over two decades of finance experience within the hospitality industry, he is no stranger to the world of tourism. Throughout his eleven-year tenure at the BTA, he has handled all financial matters while maintaining the organisation's fiscal integrity and ensuring adherence to statutory compliance requirements.

Jamari Douglas
Vice-President, Marketing, PR & Communications
Jamari Douglas is a marketing professional with a diverse communications and public relations background. His career started as the Sales and Marketing Intern at the Bermuda Tourism Authority. He rose through the ranks, later landing a position as Digital Marketing Manager, which he held for several years.
Prior to rejoining the BTA as VP of Marketing, PR & Communications in 2022, he served as Marketing Director at the Bermuda Business Development Agency (BDA). Douglas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga and a MBA at the NYU Stern School of Business.

Jakai Franks
Vice-President, Operations
As VP of Operations, Jakai Franks is responsible for the operations and administration at the BTA, including Human Resources and IT. Franks joined the organisation in 2018 as the Operations Manager of the Bermuda Visitor Services Centres. He worked on numerous projects that positively impacted the island's tourism, such as launching the 'Purchase for a Purpose' campaign to assist restaurant workers affected by the pandemic. Additionally, he assisted in creating and launching an e-commerce platform for the visitor centres. Before joining the BTA, Franks worked in the private sector in executive roles centered around operations and consumer engagement.
