Bolero Brasserie

About

Tucked in a narrow alleyway just off Front Street in the City of Hamilton, Bolero Brasserie is a little piece of Paris in Bermuda. This neighbourhood eatery goes for a relaxed cosmopolitan vibe, with a European-influenced menu that rotates throughout the year. Chef and owner Jonny Roberts punches up his classical training with island flavour, serving popular dishes like snail-and-garlic beignets, mahi mahi with lump crab and fish chowder spiked with Gosling’s Black Seal Rum. Dine inside amidst gilt mirrors and vibrant artwork, or take your meal and a glass of wine alfresco on the harbourfront porch.
