For bookings through a travel partner (e.g., travel agent, tour operator):
TThe travel partner must identify on the booking the promotional code (either provided by Participating Hotel or already provided to travel agent) to be eligible for the free night credit. The travel partner is responsible for paying the hotel for the room, tax, gratuity and levy less the applicable credit. The credit is applied to the package pricing at time of purchase.
For direct bookings:
The participant must identify the Free Night offer to be eligible for the credit. The free night credit will be applied to participant's guest hotel bill at time of check out.
