Are civil ceremonies (non-religious) for same-sex couples allowed in Bermuda?
Yes. Currently any couple can participate in a civil ceremony in Bermuda. Whether a couple is intending to marry or intending to enter into a domestic partnership, the steps will be the same. For more detailed information check out Getting Married in Bermuda.
Are civil ceremonies allowed on cruises to Bermuda?
The Act will provide for domestic partnerships to be formalised on board Bermuda-registered ships (e.g. cruise ships) when the ships are on the high seas.
