Many restaurants are putting together special Bermuda-inspired items, highlighting the island’s flavourful mix of British, Caribbean, African, and Portuguese influences and ingredients.

Café Amici – Head to the historic Royal Naval Dockyard to enjoy homemade Ravioli al Formaggio, filled with Ricotta cheese, simmered with fresh pesto and tomato sauce and topped with provolone and arugula.
The Lobster Pot – Chowderheads unite! The Lobster Pot has their Famous Fish Chowder and Island Conch Chowder on the menu this year – both laced with Gosling’s Black Seal rum and sherry peppers.
