St. George's Boatyard

Boats in need of fuel or maintenance can sail into St. George's Boatyard on the west side of St. George's Harbour. The full-service facility has a 35-ton Robco Tami-Lift to haul out boats for hull washing or repainting. Available services include sandblasting, spray painting, rigging and fibreglass repair, along with welding, electrical and engine repair. The boatyard has showers, bathrooms and shore power (110- and 220-volt), and the Esso Marine Station offers duty-free fuel to yachts in transit (maximum draught is 2.1 metres/7 feet at low tide).
